Extraordinary Attorney Woo star Park Eun-bin is all set to appear in a highly anticipated South Korean drama series, Castaway Diva. The latest teaser featured her character Seo Mok-ha being rescued from an island after 15 years.
Castaway Diva centers around Mok-ha (Park Eun-bin), a born singer who goes missing in middle school when she goes to Seoul for auditions. She finds herself stranded on a secluded island where she survives alone for 15 years. Once she is rescued, Mok-ha struggles to adjust to the modern and crowded world.
In the latest teaser, Eun-bin’s dramatic character Mok-ha reminds of Extraordinary Attorney Woo’s titular character. In both roles, the actress’ love for Gimbap is clearly shown.

Castaway Diva cast, release date and time
The upcoming K-dama series, Castaway Diva, premieres on October 28, 2023, on tvN and Netflix. The cast includes Park Eun-bin as Seo Mok-ha, Chae Jong-hyeop as Kang Bo-geol, Kim Hyo-jin as Yoon Ran-joo, Cha Hak-yeon as Kang Woo-hak, and Kim Joo-hun as Lee Seo-joon among others.
tvN recently released a new teaser, featuring a scene where Mok-ha is rescued. She went missing in middle school and was stranded on an island for 15 years. The clip begins with Mok-ha on a boat with crew and travelers cherishing Gimbap after 15 years. Her peaceful expression while eating the dish makes fellow passengers wonder how she survived these many years on a deserted island.
The official synopsis of Castaway Diva reads:
“Fifteen years after being stranded on a remote island, an aspiring singer reenters society — stopping at nothing to pursue her dream of becoming a diva.”
Once she returns to civilized society, Mok-ha struggles to adjust among people. But she is still persistent in achieving her childhood dream of becoming a diva singer. In the first teaser trailer, Eun-bin introduces herself in the clip. She says, “I am Seo Mok-ha, a castaway. Today, I saw my future self. Forget about what comes next. As of this moment, my futile 15 years have become meaningful.”
So far, Park Eun-bin has impressed fans with her acting skills and interesting choice of projects. The Extraordinary Attorney Woo actress is all set to showcase her talent once again in Castaway Diva, which will air on tvN and Netflix.
